Can't Send messages or add comments?

This just started today, infact I think in the am today b/c I left comments and send messages before 3am today, but now I cannot do either.

If I click on "send message" or "add comment" , the top of the normal page for that action appears, but the box to type in the message/comment and the submit button are both missing from the page.

Any ideas on what it could be?

Oh! I just commented team pl's page about it haha. Yeah, I can't get into my messages, but I can leave comments. <(^_^)> It gives me some nonsense about paypal and subscribing.
