We've been fighting with this for the last 2 weeks. We are trying to determine if there is a hardware problem or if its just the number of people on the site at the same time :-)
Just an hour ago we added more servers to help serve the website...so hopefully this will fix the problem with the site going down. If it does, we will add several more servers so this wont be a problem at all anymore (at least until there are 250,000 members :-P)
