Cheshire Cat: Or, you could ask the March Hare, in that direction.
Alice: Oh, thank you. I think I'll see him.
Cheshire Cat: Of course, he's mad, too.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
Cheshire Cat: Oh, you can't help that. Most everyone's mad here.
Cheshire Cat: You may have noticed that I'm not all there myself.

Try to change the passwords for both your Plurspace account and your e-mail account.

I think this might also be caused by allowing arbitrary HTML everywhere where you let people enter text. For instance, someone left a comment on my profile that contained a meta-refresh tag, redirecting anyone who viewed my profile to someone else's. Not cool, and I had to disable JS and meta-refreshing just to delete the comment, since the tag was appearing on the page where you manage comments.

Shouldn't HTML, scripts, etc. be stripped out of pages where they could be potentially misused like that?

Yup, we are taking care of all of this right now. Disallowing all injects in all places where you can enter texts. As for the redirect hacker, we are fixing that right now as well.

Its amazing how many ways people can find a way to screw with a site when they have nothing better to do :-P
