Problems uploading videos...

I was having problems uploading my videos on to plurlife...I finally found a format you guys would take (diff from myspace or youtube) and now it only downloads half way and freezes or says it finishes but doesn't...It would help if you guys specified the formats you take for videos and sizes...also why aren't the videos uploading now that I have the right format?? thanks for helping..

Plurlife accepts standard formats (mpg, mpeg, avi, mov)

mov. finally went through but it downloads 20% and than stops....and i tried changing the size and everything nothing works...

how large is the file (MBs)?

I put it down to 40.5 and still wont work....
