Forum sig pic upload problem

Okay so everytime i want to upload a pic for my signature (yes its the right size) It always uses my default pic for my profile as my sig. pic, no matter if i delete it and try to upload a new pic it always uploads my profile pic. Even if i just use the url of the pic it always goes back and uploads my default pic for my signature. whats up with this and how do i fix it?

dont.... just use an outside URL for the picture.
