The 3 mods in there are Ducky, Raffles, WooDy and DJ Trance as well. We don't ban people without reason. We almost always warn before kicking, nobody is immune to our kick/ban. I say almost always because some people just cross the line too quickly [either talking shit about someone's dead friend/family, spamming/flooding even through our warnings, or just come in thinking like they own the place]. If someone is talking shit, and someone talks shit back, we warn both parties. Some mods even take the time to PM and warn them, but if they keep going, it's a kick/ban. GreenVelvet is usually good at stopping when we ask her to because she knows I will ban her.

aiiite! so basically, ppl do get banned for talking shit! it happens all the time! get over it. buuut the other thing is...if u really are causing trouble and being disrespectful the mods have the jurisdiction to kick ur ass!

gabe is usually wutevers when it comes to raffles and his bans, becos he does a legit job kicking ppl that are being dumbasses and slowing chat. the chat is ran on a crappy system anyways...so the less ppl that are there spamming and starting unecessary drama, the better.

usually ppl are already buddies with the ppl moderating, and that kicks really arent that serious! but i suggest juss re logging in under another name. ur password doesnt matter, and u can get back in.

but ip bans! now ive been a victim to that! i live with 4 other ppl, and we use the same wireless location (like, duh!) and since our entire address was banned NO ONE could go in chat becos i told raffles "fuck you" indirectly! that...is really hard to unban. i think its 8 hrs, unless gabe takes it off! then ur screwed.

See, this is what makes me angry. If one guy gets banned for retaliating, something is wrong. Ban all parties. I'm really sorry, but some of the mods (names with held) are starting to make me angry with how elementary they are with their ideas. It takes two to tango, alright?

ummmm...raffles does a legit job with the chat. but i totally get how he makes u feel sumtimes. its like tuff love! juss type him annoying PMs in all caps. it pisses him off, but doesnt give him a legit reason to ban you! =] and if by chance...he still does ban u...then fuck his shyt! and tell em minnie said so! =]
