more control of your "songs" and "pics"

kinda shady that I had to create a music profile just to upload my own songs... another thing is I can't change my profile pic? maybe I just got a whacky account?

Firstly, you can change your profile picture. When you go into your photos, select the one you want, and mouse over a little pencil. Another pop-up menu will give you a choice of what you want to do with it; delete, make your default, etc.

As for the music, uh - wouldn't you want to make a DJ profile to upload your music? This isn't myspace. Not every musician is going to be on here. Don't do anything that would be considered a copy right infringment. However, last.fm, or whatever other sites people use to put music on their profiles is something to look into.
