Well, I've never been to a rave in the East, I'm from Detroit. I decided to up and go to EDC this year randomly, didn't even know of its' existance until about a month before. Friday night blew me away completely, and I was told that Saturday would be wayyyyy better. Well, it was. EDC will forever be imprinted in my brain. I'll never miss it again, ever, for any reason. If I have to take a loan out to fly to LA and go to EDC next year, you'd better believe I will.
LA knows how to party. Absolutely phenominal can begin to describe the night I had.
If you are from the east coast go to Ultra Music Festival in Miami. At Ultra every DJ is a international talent. It makes EDC look like the poor cousin.

UMF has more of a party vibe whereas EDC has more of the rave-like vibe
