Signature on Groovetickets

trying to use a friends debit card to purchase a ticket. never buyem on groovetickets.com so im trying it this time. no time to drive out to an outlet


so it asks at the bottom to type your name and then signature. slightly above that it says this
"...THIS SIGNATURE IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION AT THE EVENT. PLEASE BE SURE THAT IT IS AN ACCURATE REPRESENTATION OF THE ACTUAL SIGNATURE ON FILE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND ON THE BACK OF YOUR CARD."



does this mean they are going to check to see if the signature i put matches with the signature on the debit card? cuz my friend isnt going so im scared that if they ask me to show the debit card as proof or something. they might not let me in because maybe my own signature wont match with what was on her credit card which i wil not be holding while at the door

They have never verified my signature at Will Call for any Insomniac or Groove ticket event. The only thing you really need is your ID and the credit card you purchased your ticket with. They don't even care about the print out.

ok what if i bought my ticket with the credit card but im getting it sent to me. when i show up with the ticket will they still ask to see the credit card i used to purchase it?

Nope. If you have the hard ticket in your hand, you won't need to go through the will call process of showing them a credit card/proof of purchase.
