Anyways... BOMB ass time!! Wasn't too packed which was perfect cause you def need room to go hardcore to CL. He threw down the good stuff. Was dancing so hard lol. People prob thought I was rolling or something since I was actually going harder than some of those who actually WERE rolling, but no... I just had a couple drinks and thats it. Have blisters on my feet though and my legs are sore as fuck haha, but it was totally worth it

all the openers sucked huge ass. we asked the djs upstairs to play some techno since we were the only ones in there but they just kept playing cheesy electro determined to get every last person to leave the room.
saw 2 fights as well. one dude demanded that he get in free and they offered him free entry if he bought bottle service. he told them to fuck themselves and then his friends went and got bottle service anyways. caused a huge ass seen and ended up trying to take a guard over it screaming and causing a scene outside. we were yelling 'YOU MAD BRAH?' at him riling him up more hahaha. the guard yells 'YOU GOT TROLLED'. so funny.
the other fight was some dude sleeping ona couch. a female guard tried to wake him up and he punched her in the face. then tried to take 5 security guards and ended up getting his face slammed into concrete. fuckin people i swear
anyways, CL started off weak so my group started trolling him. we were yelling 'PSYTRANCE PSYTRANCE PSYTRANCE' at him and dancing like goofballs making fun of the crappy house music he was playing. he kept looking over at us then next thing you know he cranks up the tempo and starts droppin the hard tech and full on psy, then looks back over at us and smiles LOL!!!! i swear the entire set he kept looking over at us and pointing and wed point back and laugh. we totally got him pumped up. he even started dropping some progressive psy and goa type shit towards the end. was funny cuz most the people there didnt know how to dance to it and left.
but seriously that venue sucks balls. its way too fuckin small and security are on megaoverkill. they made me show id, dmv registration, and birth certificate just to get in, and then didnt even pat us down or anything. it felt like there was 1 guard for every 2 people there

I dunno if I was sweating balls cause I'm not really a huge profuse sweater, but I was going hard lol. I was in light washed jeans and a grey t-shirt with a yellow trim on the neckline and sleeves. Yea security kinda sucked and were d-bags looking around the venue with brooding stares and shit. And yea... TON of OC d-bags. The biggest were those dudes with the light sticks waving em around like fuck tards prob thinking "fuck ya bro!! Let's rage n rave brah!! We're so cool with our light sticks bro!! It's like were real ravers brah!!" GTFO

Guess that's a good thing. The venue isn't the best being that it was my 1st time at Yost, but I thought the lasers were pretty tight and the sound was decent enough. Security... yea. The guy checking ID's out front almost snapped mine in half making sure it wasn't a fake. But inside, they weren't NEARLY as bad as what I've seen at the Sutra in Newport and the Exchange in LA. Those dudes shine their flashlights around like ass-wads and barrel through the dance floors acting like theres a "situation".
The openers did suck ass and CL was okay at the start, but shit started to heat up once he dropped John Askews remix of Smack. LOL I totally noticed that after CL was playing for a while, people started to dip out and I was like "WTF, this is good ass shit here."
I'm a dumb-ass though. I left my credit card there by accident so I gotta go back there tonight to see if they have it, which sucks cause I gotta be in Hwood tonight to pick up the tickets from the promoter at Circus to my little DJ gig that's there in 2 weeks. >.<
