I've been seeing this a lot more lately.

Is it to just girls trying to be cute or unique??

Cause yeah some girls look cute with it others don't.

I'm sure its the same thing like guys wearing bandanas around their necks (I do it >_>) but I personally do it to secretly pop a pill under it or use my vicks (zomgah I'm such a raver v_v)

I just wanna know why/ have someone explain their reason for drawing on the whiskers and what not.

I use to see maybe a handful of people with it but now its like every other person you see has it..so plz...inform me. XD
