there's this photo site that has been lagging it since How Sweet. i don't want to EXPOSE their identity but its been a few month and there is still NO pictures up.
at first I gave these sites a bit of a break, I know they have a lot of pics to deal with.
BUT COME ON!!! getting my pictures 2 months later is super uncool. I don't see any excuse for it. its getting pretty lame to be honest, I'm missing like 3 or 4 raves worth of pics. it can't be doing much for their site view count either.

YAY! Super excited, then. LOL. Maybe there will actually be pictures of me from Elf's now ... I swear, I know there were pictures taken of me + friends, but can I find them? NOPE. It's like I didn't exist. haha.
Does anyone know what's going on with LURP? The site's down for me, as of today.
ok, when you move across state lines, and you have a $1,000 computer crash & have to upload photos from parties from the past month, THEN you can have the right to complain.

and the excuse that he is lagging because he moved had SOME merit back when it was actually in progress, but what about the month or 2 BEFORE he moved??? fresh anniversary is the last update, thats 3 months ago... there's no excuse for that when a websites only job is to post some pics. I'm sure there's more to it than meets the eye but come on, PL gets all their pics up a few days after the event.
he moved to ventura from modesto around fresh & had no internet for the first 3 weeks or so.
then he moved to utah last month.
just got internet set up, and then his PC crashed.
its not like he can go & buy one over night.
if you like PL photographers so much then why don't you just have your pics taken by them from now on?
or did you forget that all of us have lives outside of the rave scene.
jobs, school, family, friends..
all TLY photographers have their pics uploaded via FTP by sunday to monday the latest after every party. from there, eric adds the watermark & then has to reupload them to the server.
and no one from TLY gets paid. the only money made is through ads & groovetickets and that goes to pay for the server to keep TLY up & running. it is NOT our job. it is OUR hobby & passion.
No joke. Like, none of these sites HAVE to do this. No one HAS to go to raves and provide us with, essentially, professional photos, free of charge. They choose to, and we're all damn lucky we do.
Like, I'm not gonna lie! I really, really want pictures from Elf's, and more from Dreamland -- because it's fun, and I get to show them off, and they're memories! And it gets a little frustrating sometimes. But I'm not gonna trip.
