hey dude, if you're new and want to meet more local people there are two other forums that you can join.
4raverz is a group in their mid to late 20's, most are in san diego and they are always keen for new members.
another community is SDR. those guys are the same age range, and like the titles suggest, also in san diego county. some of that group has graduated from ravey parties to desert events. if you are interested in that at all try them there.
