User Agreement
By accessing, viewing, downloading or otherwise using Plurlife.com or any webpage or feature available through Plurlife.com, any information provided as part of the Plurlife.com services, or any related emails, newsletters, or services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Services"), you conclude a legally binding agreement with Plurlife.com.
If you are using Plurlife.com on behalf of a company or other legal entity, such entity may have a separate agreement with us, but you are nevertheless individually bound by this Agreement.
Terms of Use
1. You must comply with all applicable laws (whether federal or local);
2. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any other codes of a destructive nature through Plurlife.com;
3. You must not transmit unwanted email or advertisements (Spam) to any Plurlife member(s);
4. You must not modify, adapt, or hack Plurlife.com;
5. You must not associate Plurlife.com with any other website, organization, or event without prior written approval;
6. You are solely responsible for any action that occurs on your account. This includes but is not limited to submissions, comments, or posts made while using Plurlife.com;
7. You must keep your password confidential;
8. You recognize that Plurlife.com may have to report illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities;
General Conditions
1. Plurlife.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason without notice.
2. Plurlife.com reserves the right to alter the Agreement at any time. If the alterations constitute a material chance to the Agreement, then Plurlife.com will notify you via Plurlife.com's messaging service or email. Continued use of Plurlife.com will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the changes.
3. Plurlife.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. Plurlife.com reserves the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or in violation of the Agreement, as determined by Plurlife.com.
5. Plurlife.com reserves the right to coordinate with the appropriate legal authorities in conjunction with any illegal activity that may have occurred while using Plurlife.com.
6) You understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos,
video, sounds, or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted
through, or linked from Plurlife.com, are the sole responsibility of the
person from whom such Content originated. More specifically, you are
entirely responsible for each individual item ("Item") of Content that you
post, email or otherwise make available via Plurlife.com. You understand that
Plurlife does not control, and is not responsible for Content made available
On the site, and that by using the site, you may be exposed to
Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise
objectionable. Furthermore, the Plurlife site and Content available may contain links to other websites, which are completely
independent of Plurlife. Plurlife makes no representation or warranty as
to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained
in any such site. Your linking to any other websites is at your own risk.
You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the
use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no
circumstances will Plurlife be liable in any way for any Content or for
any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content
posted, emailed or otherwise made available on the site. You acknowledge
that Plurlife does not pre-screen or approve its members nor content, but that Plurlife shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via on the site, for violating this TOS or for any other reason.
7. You agree not to post content:
- a) that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or is harmful to minors in any way;
- b) that is pornographic or depicts a human being engaged in actual sexual conduct ;
- c) that harasses, degrades, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
- d) that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Plurlife employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity (this provision does not apply to Content that constitutes lawful non-deceptive parody of public figures.);
- e) that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent;
- f) that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, or constitutes "bait and switch";
- g) that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
- h) that constitutes or contains "affiliate marketing," "link referral code," "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or unsolicited commercial advertisement;
- i) that advertises any illegal service or the sale of any items the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by any applicable law, including without limitation items the sale of which is prohibited or regulated by California law;
- j) that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- k) that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive amount of Content (flooding attack) to the Service, or that otherwise negatively affects other users' ability to use the Service; or
- l) "stalk" or otherwise harass anyone;
- m) collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;
- n) use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the Service - unless expressly permitted by Plurlife;
- o) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Plurlife's computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Service or the Plurlife website; or
- p) use any form of automated device or computer program that allows the creations of accounts, reporting of accounts, adding of friends, sending of messages, posting of bulletins, comments, blogs, or forum posts without each being manually entered by the author thereof (an "automated device").
Consequences for Violation
Violation of any part of this Agreement will result in termination of your Plurlife.com account as well as being reported to the authorities if deemed necessary appropriate.
